2. Hang up when you hear the beep sound or ring
3. You will receive an immediate callback
4. Answer and follow the voice instructions

1. Dial the Toll Free Access Number ( ).
2. Follow the voice instructions
SMS Access
1. Send a text message to your SMS Access Number 1-416-875-1396 .
2. Use the following format: Authorization Code PIN Destination Number*.

3. You will receive a callback and immediately connect to your
Destination

3. Enter your Destination Number
*Important Notes:
1. Callback Access Number: When dialing your Callback Access Number if
you are located outside North America, make sure you include the
international dial prefix, usually 00+.
2. Destination Number: When entering or dialing your destination number,
dial 1+ for US/Canada/Caribbean, dial 011+ for all international
numbers.
3. PIN Skip: After the fist call, the system will register your caller
ID. If you call from your registered number, you are not required to
enter the PIN, the system will recognize your caller ID and ask for
Destination Number.
4. Recall: To make another call without hanging up, just enter **.
5. Redial: To redial the last number, enter 99.
6. Speed Dial: To use speed dial, enter your Two digit speed dial
number. Example: 03, will dial the number save in 03.
7. To exit the system press ## or just hang up
8. To enter into administration menu enter 999# and then enter your
admin PIN followed by #. Administration menu will allow you to change
your call back no, change your 4 digit pin and check your balance. |
